ASUS Eee PC 1005HA-VU1X-BK 10.1-Inch Black Netbook - 8.5 Hour Battery Life Review
This is a handy device. The battery life is good although not as long as advertised.
It downloads fast; the keyboard is quite comfortable to use; the screen is fine; there are sufficient port, inputs, etc.
However, during an upgrade from ASUS (not from Microsoft, Adobe nor any of the browsers which I have installed, the system CRASHED and I had to use the recovery disc to reinstall Windows XP. So far, the netbook is working well (cross fingers).
Also, the registration of the product took a few tries because my password was continuously rejected and the writing on the website is terrible. New translators ought to be hired to write correctly and more clearly. Hopefully,I’ll not need to work with their customer service.
Thus,instead of 5 stars, I think that 4 stars is sufficient.
