So far, so good. I do not have much experience with laptops, and this is my first netbook. My Friend Dell Studio 15 a day, but would never put their weight and size everywhere. I bought a little 'for a long time and seriously considered the Asus 1005, but ultimately could not be obtained, this Toshiba on the basis of good customer and expert reviews, the good feeling of the keyboard and the attractive exterior. After hundreds of reviews of dozens of makes and models of reading, I discovered that they all indicate a certain percentage as small as defective. Mine seems to work perfectly, or as close to perfect as any computer can. No problem with the trackpad, and only a few hiccups with wireless. The Windows wireless connection wizard insisted that was not available networks, but I immediately stumbled upon ConfigFree utility and my FIOS connected without further problems. Many potential buyers may wait for Windows 7 has begun shipping the netbook, but wanted a system running Windows XP, so I preferred the old software work on my Vista 64-bit desktop installation. Finally, I was hoping to not get an external DVD player, rather than using external HD. It worked fine to download my software does, but it seems that a DVD is needed to create a startup disk.
